You have 7 days from delivery to return the products to La Rochère.

La Rochère undertakes to reimburse you, as soon as possible, in the following cases:
1/ Parcel returned without having been opened: parcel refund + possible shipping costs
2/ Product returned at the customer's wishes: reimbursement of products, and return costs at their expense
3/Product returned because of the company's responsibility: reimbursement of the product, shipping costs, and return costs.

2/ If a return is possible, a reference number and a printout will be sent to you by email.
