Our larochere.com website remains open, and deliveries are always guaranteed. Our logistics operations have been adapted

to the circumstances, with particular attention paid to hygiene during the processing of parcels and the safety of our employees.

We continue to offer home delivery. However, the deadlines may vary depending on the operation of our Colissimo service provider.

Two delivery options are available from La Rochère:

  • - Home delivery by Colissimo, against the customer's signature, from 5 to 7 days

  • - Parcel relay delivery by Colissimofrom 5 to 7 days

These deadlines do not take into account the order preparation, and excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

These deadlines are approximate, non-contractual, and depend on the uncertainties of our carriers.
If, despite our precautions, these deadlines are not met, please accept our apologies
and we will do everything we can to deliver to you as soon as possible.

RECEIPT OF ORDER

 

When you receive the order

- check that the number of packages matches the receipt

- check the condition of the boxes

- listen by shaking gently to identify a possible breakage noise

- open the package and check that the products are in good condition

- check that no product is missing

Once the inspection is completed, specify on the receipt any clear and precise reservations. The annotation "subject to unpacking" will not be admissible.
