Our website larochere.com remains open during the summer, deliveries are still assured according to our usual deadlines.

Our logistic operations have been adapted, a permanence is assured. The customer service will be unavailable during the month of August and will resume on August 28th.

Therefore, the withdrawal period is extended to 30 days.

If unfortunately you encounter quality or breakage problems during this period, the necessary steps will be taken from August 28th.

Two delivery options are available from La Rochère:

  • - Home delivery by Colissimo, against the customer's signature, from 5 to 7 days
  • - Parcel relay delivery by Colissimofrom 5 to 7 days

These deadlines do not take into account the order preparation, and excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

These deadlines are approximate, non-contractual, and depend on the uncertainties of our carriers.
If, despite our precautions, these deadlines are not met, please accept our apologies
and we will do everything we can to deliver to you as soon as possible.

When you receive the order

- check that the number of packages matches the receipt

- check the condition of the boxes

- listen by shaking gently to identify a possible breakage noise

- open the package and check that the products are in good condition

- check that no product is missing

Once the inspection is completed, specify on the receipt any clear and precise reservations. The annotation "subject to unpacking" will not be admissible.
